Jean-Michel Carton the baker of Boulangerie Carton, won on the 16th of May 2022 the prize for “The best Charentes-Poitou butter croissant of bakers in the Greater Paris”, given by the Syndicat des Boulangers du Grand Paris.

Café de Flore is located in the chicest arrondissement in Paris, Saint Germain-des-Prés, at the junction of Rue Saint-Benoît and Boulevard Saint-Germain. It is one of the landmarks of Boulevard Saint-Germain.

L’ECLAIR DE GENIE CAFE
The entire Café is all about curated experiences and unmissable delights, 100% artisan. Their lotus flower hot chocolate goes very well with an XXL signature croissant that you can dig into and enjoy it!
