My Story

Born and raised in Romania, in a North-Western Art-Nouveau city, Oradea. Polished in Timisoara and reinvented in Paris, I’ve been a dreamer all my life.
While young, I couldn’t afford to travel abroad, but I’ve wandered through my country from North to South and from West to East.
I was daydreaming of discovering the world, but all I had were the fridge magnets my friends would bring me from their VOYAGES.
THAT ONE TRIP that changed MY life
My 30th birthday, I so badly wanted to celebrate it in Paris. I still remember that shiver up my spine. With 6 girlfriends, we booked an apartment near La Tour Eiffel. We spent 4 days in the City of Lights.
Did you ever experience that feeling of visiting a city and just knowing you belong there? That was like for me. I’ve felt so CHEZ SOI, in a matter of seconds, the thing I’ve never felt in my 30 years of living in Romania.
“I went for long walks and met myself in Paris”
On my second day in Paris, on the 2nd of February, my B’day, I let my friends know I will move to Paris in the summer. You can imagine, that not a single one believed me. They said I had too much champagne. Little they knew, 6 months later, on the 4th of July, 2014, I put my whole life in a suitcase, took a one-way ticket to Paris and the rest is history.
Turning points in my life
Oradea, Romania
Born and raised in Oradea, a beautiful Art-Nouveau city in the Western part of Transylvania, Romania.
Oradea being also an Academic Campus, I had my Bachelor and Master degrees in Marketing at Universitatea din Oradea.
Timisoara, Romania
I moved to Timisoara in January 2010 and started working for Carpatair Airlines as Online Marketing Specialist.
When you have big dreams, just follow their path, and you will be amazed at what lies outside of fear.
Paris, France
Had my 30th B’day party in Paris and decided on the spot to book a one-way ticket for Paris and moved 6 months later, on July 4th, 2014.
Never have I imagined that this journey will turn out to be Legendary and that the best is yet to come.
Solo Traveling
Travel became a reality shaped by my dreams and I started by visiting the countries that were on my fridge, from my friends’ travels.
It became only natural to transform the Marketing Blog that I had since 2009 into a Solo Travel Blog.

Côte d’Azur, the French Riviera still attracts people all around the world, thanks to its Mediterranean climate, medieval villages, and luxury boutiques. Home to Palme d’Or, international stars will invite themselves to Cannes to take the spotlight on People Magazine.
